Booked for 3 people, 3 days. They didn't replace the sofa with a bed, although they promised. They didn't provide bed linen even for the sofa. Had to go and ask again.

From the moment we stepped into the resort we felt relaxed and refreshed. The gardens are lovely, a little oasis. There is a good sized pool with plenty of sunbeds and pool towels are provided.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were quickly taken to our apartment upon check-in.
The apartment had everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area and two balconies. The view from the front balcony was exceptional. The bathroom was spacious and there was a hairdryer.
Parking our hire car was very easy too.

Location great, service was fair, breakfast was adequate, food was poor and not warm enough, no snacks available during the day, no easy access to the pool area, by stairs only that I found, no informational leaflets in the room, staff were very good, hotel was spotless in every area, shower was above the bath which is a bit outdated now, no handrail support in the bathroom, (my wife has mobility issues) which made our stay less enjoyable, there was no entertainment as indicated on their website, which we decided we would book based on the website info, this was not the case

So many bars and restaurants to choose from.
Lots of places nearby to visit with a car, although very easy to get a bus to Benidorm or Altea.

Beautiful small town with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Most customer service was good. I do speak Spanish, it was a little frustrating that waiters insisted on speaking broken English at times, but apart from that no complaints.

Absolutely beautiful place.
Absolutely beautiful place. The beach, the color of the sea is amaizing! But remember that it doesn't have a sandy beach, only a fine stones beach, so maybe not the best thing when traveling with small kids, who love to play in the sand.

Quite a few good restaurants and bars. Very easy to get around Albir especially from the La Colina - maximum of a 10 minute walk in getting to the local shops and beach (Playa del Albir).
The pool/s at the La Colina is especially good for young children.

The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable throughout and we didn’t need to contact the host during our stay as it had everything we needed. It was ideally located as it was close to all bars, restaurants and Albir beach. The swimming pool was fab too and wasn’t too busy. There were always loungers available to use. We had hired a car and we also had an underground parking lot to use which was great as parking in Albir can be quite difficult at times.
We have stayed at this hotel for around 15 years. Always been made very welcome and always have an excellent room. Breakfast is great. All areas are very clean and the rooms are spacious. Large dog friendly which is great one of the reasons we tried here all those years ago
Beautiful room with gorgeous sea view! Was warmly welcomed by staff who were very helpful throughout my stay. I look forward to going back to Hotel La Riviera!
Location is fabulous, right on the beach. Staff helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast. Hotel decor is dated but other than that we enjoyed our 2 night stay
