The property was sterile and unwelcoming. The property did not provide the level of service advertised on any level. The staff tried very hard to make up for the property shortcomings which were numerous.

Stayed in room 109, had great view of vineyard, town, and mountains in background: Breakfast served was basic but good / standard for hotel in this range; wine tour was unique and learned a bit; staff very friendly… dinner in town at El Figon was outstanding (good because not a lot of choices in area)

Staff very helpful, breakfast was amazing, and the location was great.
For me this was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The room was a perfect temperature and the hotel was stylish and comfortable. We walked into the town and found a place to eat that was fine for myself and children. It was really lovely to see a bustling town with friendly faces. I would like to take advantage of the hotels food and wine tour on my next visit.
One of the best place I ve ever been. Was very surprised that this hotel has only 2*. The hotel is connected to a winery therefore the atmosphere is excellent. Very good smells by the way. The room is perfect and authentic - we had the room “opera” if I remember correctly - very beautiful and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.
