Wonderful place to relax, a restorative time. The hotel is new, beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, relaxing. We were only going to stay one night checking in at 4am after a ferry from Jordan, but ended up extending because it was so great. There are cosy places to lounge all day. There's very little to do in Nuweiba which is perfect for those wanting to truly unwind and relax. There are two kayaks you can use and a snorkel mask, you can go straight out from the hotel. Beds here were the comfiest we've had in many months of backpacking. Meals were tasty - make sure you add dinner to your stay because there's nothing really around. Would stay again :)

Lovely, quiet, tranquil location. View of the mountains, beach and sea from my room which was in a Chalet right by the beach. If the mass crowds in Sharm El Sheikh or Hurghada are not your thing and you like somewhere much less touristy and peaceful then i'd recommend Palm Valley Camp , Nuweiba. The owner Mansour and the Chef Hassad (Hassan?) are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. The Chef also goes by the name Maradon, after Diego Maradona as he bears a resemblance. Great Chef and cooked me breakfast every morning and lovely evening meals too. And he makes great coffee. Fun to get along with too. Mansour the owner very friendly and helped me with everything i needed and sorted and arranged a Taxi to St. Catherine's Monastry one day and also a Taxi back to Sharm El Sheikh airport when it was time for me to go home.
I loved just being able to chill on the beach every day, really quiet with just the sound of the waves lapping on the shore and a lovely gentle breeze to ease the midday heat.Great views, especially the Sinai mountains and also the mountains of Saudi Arabia across the other side of the Red Sea ( they turn a beautiful red at Sunset)
No problems getting hot water for the shower. No problems with electrical points and the WiFi worked fine for me.
There's not really anything for tourists and travellers in Nuweiba itself but it has small shops where you can get everything you may need . There is 1 shop that sells alcohol, beer etc in Nuweiba, or at least the only one i found and it's called Beer Shop helpfully enough. Also there is the Port if you want to get the boat to Aqaba. The port is 20 minutes walk from the camp.

Their food was great! The best BBQ Chicken I've had in Egypt. And the seaside spot was gorgeous. You could sit there for hours watching the moon rising behind the mountain, or enjoy the pinky sunset. Everything were amazing in there!

The camp is beautiful and so are the rooms. The rooms have an ocean view and feel open. Service is great as you will always be able to order foods and drinks. During our stay we mostly were relaxing along the beach as the town is a calm place to escape the city.

Great place, very clean and welcoming! Ahmed and his team were amazing. It has a beautiful sandy beach though the windy weather didn’t allow me to enjoy the sea. Food was also delicious -especially recommend onion meat tajin. Easy access by car is a plus!

Nuweiba is a beautiful spot in South Sinai, with it's long beach and clear water, the palms, camels, and the enchanting Egyptian desert with the magical Red Sea mountains, it creates a beautiful landscape that makes you feel like you are in a dream. The quiteness of the place gives a peaceful feeling and serenity. A perfect spot to get away from the hectic life of the city.. Nuweiba is about 470 KM far from Cairo.
