Positives about our stay: (family with 3 different rooms) The hotel is easy to access. The room and bed were quite comfortable. The toilet was clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers a diverse range of food options. There are multiple areas to hang out and relax. Nice amenities provided, such as slippers and a robe. Everything was clean and tidy.

We were treated exceptionally well by the staff throughout. I was staying with my wife and 2 young daughters. They worked with us to create an excellent itinerary for our weekend break. The food at the Saigon restaurant was amazing. All in all we could not fault our stay - we just wished we could have had longer to enjoy the hotel.
