yes! the boss does looks like Ross from the Friend! he is funny and kind and his tour guide is a "matruhpedia" if you have any problem just ask him! it is a old fashion hotel built and runs by two generations, and the location is so convenient!
also they have very wonderfull breakfast!!

Felt premium. I went in December, the hotel wasn’t too busy which for me was a bonus as I had so much peace and quiet for my whole stay. Super clean, friendly staff and the sea water was to die for. Despite it being December we still jumped in the water, was a bit chili but overall a great experience& felt recharged.
