Great customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I was able to communicate with the staff without any issues as they spoke in english. The restaurant has great pyramid views and the food is very tasty. The facility is very clean and the decor is gorgeous. The room is very spacious and very clean. The view from the room are amazing and the balcony was very spacious. Great amenities as well in the room. I was able to book tours and book airport transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone no matter if you travel alone or with company.

- amazing view literally facing the sphinx and unobstructed view of the pyramids
- location was right opposite the sphinx entrance. Gift shops , Pizza Hut and kfc right next to the hotel( if you want something familiar to your taste buds) . Also it’s easy to locate for Ubers or tour pick ups
- pleasantly surprised how cold the AC is
-hotel staff are accommodating to request and tours can be arranged directly with them . Felt really safe as a female solo traveler.

The Hotel facilities are new and clean. The staff are friendly. They helped with airport pickup for me. They kept asking if I was comfortable and was willing to do anything to make me comfortable. Travelling as a solo female, it felt safe.

The location is lovely although the area is a bit sparse unless you like the typical fast food restaurants along the highway. There is not much to do in the community itself. The unit has a lot of potential but many of the listed amenities did not work. In my opinion the unit has not been attended to properly for some time and it shows. Dream Land is not particularly close to anything and is about one hour from Cairo and Giza.
If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. There are two swimming pools you can, but no chairs or lounges to sit in. Neither pool is particularly deep and the entry can be quite slippery and surprising. The nearby mosque is not overly loud, the market is a bit pricey, but is easy to access and has a lot of choices considering its size. And the power is not turned off for one hour as it is in Giza and Cairo.
