Tutto, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Di gran lunga migliore rispetto a tutti gli altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Egitto. L'attenzione e la cura del cliente ci hanno piacevolmente sorpresi. Buono il ristorante, la colazione, tutto lo staff gentile e sorridente che ci ha aiutato in tutto. La camera bellissima e grandissima, con salotto e divani. Room service eccezionale. Se dovessimo tornare ad Alessandria sarà di sicuro la nostra scelta.
