The staff 100%! We arrived on the 31st Aug for a few nights for my sisters wedding in Cairo. It was a long journey, and being pregnant, we arrived completely exhausted. We were met with Reem at check-in and she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and settled in as soon as possible. She provided one of the kindest, and greatest check-in process we have ever experienced. So much so, we had to deliver flowers to say thank you for all her effort. She single handedly made our trip memorable and we cannot thank her enough! After such a hard year, Reem really gave us the memorable break we had been craving for! Thank you Reem for all your support and help- it was unforgettable! Ahmed (who served us breakfast outside) was amazing and personable on all occasions. The cleaning staff were a delight in every interaction. The staff in general were amazing and stood ahead most 5* hotels I have attended. Other than the staff, the decor and interior was done beautifully and provided such a beautiful oasis amidst busy Cairo! My husband is determined to visit again every time we land in Cairo- thank you all!
