Big shout out to Iman that provided me a room upgrade ( free of charge) and also because during my staying it happened to be my birthday and she, together with her colleagues, made sure to mark the moment with an amazing cake! Very lovely gesture! Overall, hotel is very clean, room that I got was really nice and spacious. Variety of restaurants in the hotel and a swimming pool area thats also very clean and which I have enjoyed a lot! Wellness area available, open for the entire day - definitely a must! We had an amazing view in room 103!! Directly opposite the Sphinx and Pyramids, totally mesmerising :) The room itself is just the right size for 2x people, we had twin beds, the bathroom is clean, nice towels. The roof top is once again is a spectacular view of Pyramids and Sphinx, you can also order drinks and food. The staff are friendly, I definitely recommend this accommodation!
