Everything was perfect under the supervision of the hotel manager, Isabelle, who was welcoming all her guests She was working so hard to fulfill all her guests needs. She was always there to help with a beautiful smile and was backed up by a very professional team . Special thanks goes to the front office team Wael, Girgis and Bishoy who, were very keen to let us enjoy our stay. The golf cart driver, Ameer, was very polite and punctual. The voice of Rose the singer was amazing. We would love to enjoy coming back again.
