We used this accommodation as a base to explore the desert region of Fayoum and Bahariya. Ezz Ahmed offered very good value and highly organised tours tailor made for our needs. He delivered all that he promised and we felt completely safe with the staff he hired to take care of us.

Cool place to stay if you're travelling solo, but don't expect much useful information about road conditions etc. Staff does its best to be helpful but it's still a place for the package tourist mob. Best feature: Bahariya is out of New Valley so you won't be harassed by police. Otherwise, clean beds and showers, the big boss is is a real character, what else to expext.
Providing mountain views, Aliyah Eco-Lodge in Bawiti provides accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and a restaurant.

Compare to standard Egyptian hotels, this one is really nice. Plenty of hot water, bed linen, kettle was provided on request.
Mr Mohamad at the counter was very nice, speaking excellent English and answered all our questions.
WiFi connection in the lobby is OK.
Fire/grill place in the middle of the courtyard is great

Tzila Bahariya is a gem, we loved the food, we loved the pool, they organized wonderful safaris, but the most amazing thing about it is the hospitality and the lovely staff. We’ll be forever grateful for each and every one of them (especially Abud and Mahmoud) for making us feel like family.

Elysium Resort is situated outside Bawiti village in a quiet area and amidst palm trees. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Electricity is provided through solar panels. Ahmed and Mohamed are very kind people, who give it their all to cater to the needs of guests. Ahmed helped arrange our transport and meals were available upon request. We enjoyed both quiet time at Elysium and a wonderful tour with Ahmed into the black and white desert. We'd enjoy coming back one day.

Very nice and clean apartment in Bawiti for people who like to relax and spend time with nature.
Bahariya has a many beautiful places like Salt Lake Marun, English Mountain, Pyramids Mountain, Museum with Golden Mummies and you can make a trip to the Black and White Desert to see this beautiful places where before many millions years ago was ancient ocean.
I can only recommend this place.
The food taste delicious in @oasisegyptsafari restaurant.
Was a amazing trip

Bawiti town is not particularly interesting. There are much nicer springs in Siwa. Visit for the white desert and see the golden mummies as a bonus. Springs if you have time. Don't give more than a few days.
