The location and service are simply perfect, and the beach is by far the best on the North Coast—immaculately clean and ideal for swimming. The hotel offers two restaurants, both serving delicious cuisine that truly elevated our experience. It's a fantastic place for both relaxation and indulgence!

Total Ripoff very low quality food they don’t know about wash rinse sanitize. They only rinse dirty glasses in cold water. You are lucky if you get your room cleaned Management totally suck but the staff is very nice I don’t recommend at all go somewhere else. You will get ripped off they will nickel and dime every step you take.

    It’s a BEAUTIFUL city!

It’s a BEAUTIFUL city! Lovely sea, it’s something else. all facilities are great. It’s a new city, parts of it still under construction. Uber app works there. Transportation available from Cairo and Alexandria, I used a local bus service called Gobus, it was a great service and it has a website you can book through. Cairo to Alamein took me about four hours. Lots of hotels and restaurants there. Book before going.

The beach area of the hotel blasts extremely LOUD MUSIC all...

The beach area of the hotel blasts extremely LOUD MUSIC all day long. This is VERY disturbing to many hotel beach goers. We mentioned this issue every day to the main attendant at the beach but NOTHING was done so as to stop this blaring music. Management was also informed of the LOUD MUSIC at the hotel beach area and NOTHING was done. Please look into the matter. Thank you.

The location, the good service, the landscape, the property is very clean. The variety of the food and it’s delicious for an all inclusive hotel. White beaches and amazing clear sea. The location of the deluxe rooms are very nice with clear pool/sea view. Also the a la carte restaurants are exceptional like the Mangal restaurant that makes the stay unforgettable. The daily good care from Aya Ashraf from guest relations asking if we need anything over WhatsApp is highly appreciated.

Excellent food, and plenty of it, good games facilities (pool, table-tennis, etc), good swimming pool with slides. Very comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and genuinely wanted to help and make our stay pleasant. They arranged taxis for us (there is no public transport in this area during off-season) both to the nearby El Alamein war museum, and for our onward travel to Alexandria.

The property is new and modern with lots of Egyptian art displayed all over the hotel. The beach is one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The security is utmost in the property. Restaurants and cafes within the hotel have reasonable price.
