I loved everything about this property, and their staff, the service is beyond excellent, and the location and atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, just few steps away from the marina, and not to forget the beach and the provided services there. The beach area of the hotel blasts extremely LOUD MUSIC all day long. This is VERY disturbing to many hotel beach goers. We mentioned this issue every day to the main attendant at the beach but NOTHING was done so as to stop this blaring music.
Management was also informed of the LOUD MUSIC at the hotel beach area and NOTHING was done.
Please look into the matter. Thank you.

The room was well equipped with a kettle,a microwave and cutlery.
The ACs were well functioning.
The furniture was nicely designed and the beds were comfy.
The private beach was free and not crowded.
What I didn't is that the private beach is about 5 minutes by car and is not walkable
Magnificent, sunny cool breathe summers , warm mild rainy winters , white sandy beaches year round , all you could think of facilities , superb diverse cuisine, carnivals , water parks , board walks , all you can think of water sports , horse back riding , concerts , excellent roads , history , a dream coming true

We had several issues with the hotel.
We had several issues with the hotel. Firstly, Faramawy promised us a ground floor room for our baby but were given a room on the last floor. Secondly, our friends were charged a high fee to join us at the beach and then were told that outsiders were not allowed. Thirdly, when we raised these issues with the manager, they apologized to us but no action was taken. Lastly, we were accused of stealing a towel on our last day, despite there being only one towel provided in the room.

Amazing place with a full service.
Amazing place with a full service. The housekeeping team is very clean and available all the time. The animation team is very friendly which makes my kids happy all the time, especially Captain Islam.

I booked another booking and was rejected from hotel because the price was not matching their policy and wanted to add more charges so i canceled it
The hotel is over rated and over priced( i paid 600 usd per night), the only thing that was good is the house keeping staff espically ibrahim ahamd he was really helpful and cleaned the room very well i give him 5 stars rating, the breakfast was fine but compared to what i paid and to other 5 stars hotel it's considered poor,
Alalamein Hotel consistently provides us with an outstanding experience. Its atmosphere is truly unique and has the ability to instantly uplift your mood. The service is exceptional, and the staff is highly skilled and attentive. We are already looking forward to our next visit, which will undoubtedly be in the near future.
The staff were amazing , helpful, and smiling all the time. We arrived very early, and we could check in. The restaurant and the coffee shop quality of food and drinks were more than excellent with many varieties and options.
If I could rate the hotel, staff and quality of time I spend more than 100% , I will do.
