Hotel Soho has two things going for it - excellent location, and great, friendly staff. The room was a good size, but we did get the "deluxe double", so size was kind of what we expected. Breakfast is decent, but there's much better breakfast in Tartu in other hotels. If location and a smiley staff is enough for you, and you don't mind the price, then sure, it's a decent option.

The room is a suite with kitchenette and dining area so very spacious. But the kitchen area is not well equipped so it is not practical for making meals. The location is in an artsy funky area not far from the widget factory which has a number of restaurants and nightlife. We had a wonderful meal in one of the restaurants and enjoyed checking out that part of town.
