Really great place! If the weather is right feels like southern resort with lake and small beach and green grass and the sauna boat. House is big enough with everything needed for holiday. Hosts were staying at the property and were ready to help!

My sister and I were the only guests. We were provided with the key to the Castle for entry. The owner of the hotel of the Castle met us personally. They made us breakfast themselves. I had checked off just about all the available items for breakfast, and was provided with appropriate portions of each item. As we were the only guests, we were asked whether we wished to have dinner at the hotel, and if so, to advise them and they would accommodate. Interior design didn't suppress the old manor aesthetic. The community kitchen had all amenities to have a little snack. The place was quiet and it got really dark at night (underrated).
