My sister and I were the only guests. We were provided with the key to the Castle for entry. The owner of the hotel of the Castle met us personally. They made us breakfast themselves. I had checked off just about all the available items for breakfast, and was provided with appropriate portions of each item. As we were the only guests, we were asked whether we wished to have dinner at the hotel, and if so, to advise them and they would accommodate.
