Everything, from information received from them, self service check in and out, the bed was super comfy, the en-suite, the room, the location - just perfect and everything I needed, I also liked the kitchen area and use of microwave, kettle and fridge. There is also a laundry, washing powder provided already in machines, ironing rooms, vending machines with a selection of food and drink.

My husband and I had a three night stay. Appreciated our room, though on the smaller side, it is for sleeping purposes only and very comfortable. We had time spent downstairs, either having breakfast or passing time - very comfortable area for both. Great location, though it was a small walk to bus or train to airport. A lovely 'family-feel' hotel with a great spacious room and nice buffet breakfast. A great location too, right opposite Freedom Square and close to the Old Town. However, what makes this hotel truly stand out is the exceptional level of customer service. Early in the visit, my wife had an accident and this necessitated staying additional nights due to her immobility. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly supportive. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Ellina was very efficient at checking us in and then after the accident, she was very supportive in a practical way. However, I must mention, in particular, the support of Alonja and Andrei. Their level of professionalism, kindness and support was unbelievable - they really did go 'above and beyond'. We will always be extremely grateful. For us, this is the number one hotel in Tallinn. If you are looking where to stay in Tallinn, you will not regret booking here - truly outstanding.
