Lovely resort with amazing hot tubs right outside your room! The breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of options, hot coffee and tea. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and as mentioned in other reviews, having a fire made in the fireplace made the chilly night warmer and made for a nice ambiance as well.

The Hacienda Lodge was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us, we were absolutely thrilled to spend our time there. The hummingbirds buzzed around, walking/hiking trails easily accessible, the lodge itself was built many years ago by hand, dug into the mountain side with beautiful cave rooms that have been expanded with an indoor balcony. Extremely clean and well maintained. Beer/Chocolate tasting and Wine/Cheese tasting was fantastic. Thank you Manuel for making this such a memorable experience, you were so knowledgeable and passionate. Don’t miss out!!! BOOK IT!

This place is located directly in the village so it's easily accessible if you arrive by bus. The kitchen was nice a clean. The bathroom has a large bathtub but we didn't use it since it was very cold in there. The living room was very spacious.

Breakfast has fruit, juices, coffee and much more than you expect, but the food served in restaurant must be improve, in quantity and variety.
The cabins are so expensive for the accommodation which provide, specially, the tiny and small beds in the second floor, with out any other simple and cheap furniture to store your clothes.
Bat towels are older, needs to be replace and improve these quality, if you are paying for a luxury hotel spa in Papallacta area.

A great place to visit if you're in Ecuador - some brilliant walks around the area (although be prepared for cold, wet weather in high altitude!). Thermal baths are a great place to relax, though do get busy on weekends and public holidays.

The rooms are very comfortable. Opt for one with a fireplace. They stoke and light the fireplace just before retiring for the night. The restaurant has excellent food options and beer +liquor is also available. Everything is reasonably priced.
There are several pools, all with varying temperatures. The atmosphere at this hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway. The property offers secure parking, good wifi throughout, and good quality linens and towels.
I forgot my Macbook charger at the hotel and they went way out of their way to drop it off at my next hotel at the Quito Airport. The breakfast was abundant and varied and the location perfectly close to the hot springs but not too close to be affected by all the touristy noise. It is possible to start nice walks from the hotel and get immersed within nature right away.
We had a very relaxing stay at Mamallacta Lodge. The owner, Rosario, and the rest of the staff were very welcoming from the moment we were picked up from the airport until we departed the lodge. The property is very close to the Termas de Papallacta at a much more affordable rate.
This is one of the best hotel i've gone, all countries compared. People very friendly, hot water pools incredible, rooms very confortable and the breakfast is astonishing. I would have loved staying more. Hope we could return one day.
