The property is beautiful. It’s within walking distance to everything but out of the hustle and bustle. Breakfasts were delicious. Tony, our host, was the best. We arrived late one evening and hadn’t been able to book whitewater rafting for the next day, so he made it happen for us with a personally guided tour that was an absolute highlight of our trip. This is a family run business that hires indigenous locals (you can buy some beautiful handicrafts on site) and is practising sustainability.

The property is outside of town in a rule area, which is great. It also has a lot of facilities, including a pool in a restaurant. The staff worked very hard to address some of our dissatisfactions, and even gave us a upgraded room on our third night, which was the first night that they could accommodate that.
