One of the BEST locations we have ever been!
From Playas bus terminal it's a 15 minutes, 5$ taxi ride. Thus, no problems to get there.
We took supplies from Playas with as there are no restaurants or shops around.
We stayed in the flat . You see and hear the sea from the bed and have direct beach access.
Hosts are super friendly.
We can recommend the 2h hike along the sea to Playas. There's even a blue-footed booby (birds typically for Galapagos Islands) colony to be seen.

The beach is beautiful, especially for surfers. The view from the lighthouse is nice. The neighborhood is safe enough to walk around at night. The main downsides are the food, which is just OK, and there are not enough places. Also, It is kind of far. If you are traveling by bus, there are few buses.
