For the price paid the room was okay. There were some logistical issues and the hotel didn't have a iron so I had to end up buying one. The staff wasn't helpful nor friendly. The rooms weren't cleaned not once in the entire week I stayed. The elevator stopped working and wasn't fixed until 3 days later. The pool appeared dirty and the biggest issues was that we were served the same thing for BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING!!
Well set in Santo Domingo, Hotel Class Colonial provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. This 3-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was well insulated and quiet despite some noise in the hallway. The A/C worked great and they provided free water and fresh juice upon arrival. The breakfast was superb with several different choices to choose from. I would stay here again.

The building is in front of the brand new PRICESMART, the biggest Warehouse-Club for members in Central America and the Caribbean. Local restaurants and cafe's nearby.

It is my second time to stay at the hotel. I chose the hotel due to its location. The hotel is close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants. There is hot water and the hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is basic but doable. There was an issue with my aircon and I was moved to another room.
