I love that the staff were warm and friendly. They receptionists English was good. The restaurant staff were pleasant. The room is good size with nice size beds.

Perfectly located in zona colonial the hostel has a very good vibe, all the other guests, people working there and the volunteers were very cool. I only spent few days there but in general I liked the common areas, and I was surprised by the breakfast which was really good and always good start of the day. I was lucky to have A/C inside the room even if this one was only activated at night. I liked the fact that there were a lot of restaurants, and a very good coffee place just a street away from the hostel.
