I had an amazing stay at Happy Nest in Marigut, Dominica! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled in a secluded and picturesque area that offers stunning views. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, making my experience even more memorable. They went above and beyond, offering car accommodations and even taking me to a delightful local restaurant. The room itself was very comfortable, complete with air conditioning, a TV, and excellent WiFi. I also loved the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals at home. The beautiful garden in the back added an extra touch of tranquility to the stay. I highly recommend Happy Nest for anyone looking to experience both the beauty of nature and the warmth of wonderful hospitality!
Welcome to a quiet and calm area next to the River Pagua. Hibiscus Valley Inn is close to the North Rainforest Reserve, Kalinago Territory, Watikubull National Trail segment 6 and 7, and also between...

Welcoming. I only spent my last night here but next time it will be my first. I loved bathing in the river that runs through the property. Dinner by Nigel was excellent as was the hottest shower I've had in 2 weeks! I'll be back!

I spent 2 weeks on the island and my first week was divided between Roseau and Portsmouth. I do not recommend staying in Roseau unless you are fine with city noise, speeding vehicles and shaking off unfriendly taxi's. Also always ask if EC or US as they will pull a switcheroo if they can. They will gouge you if you don't know what to pay in advance. The many locals I came in contact with on the street were friendly, just street vendors and public transport will take advantage if you let them. To be fair in Portsmouth as in Marigot folks are generally kinder and eager to welcome. Portsmouth is fun and worth a visit. I stayed aboard a sailing ship in Prince Rupert and it was peaceful and scenic. I was happy to have a full week in Marigot it was the best in my opinion. Easy to get around and many small local choices for food.

Hibiscus Inn is a lovely place that I would go to again. Every member of the staff is truly wonderful. It is run in both a professional as a friendly manner.
We stayed in a hut just a little walk from the reception area and we felt very much at home there.
The meals we had at the accommodation were all very tasty. The breakfast each morning was just right!
The adorable hotel dogs were a lovely bonus.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to the airport, so for us the perfect place as a last evening in Dominica. The rooms were spacious and clean. The rooms are all located in a beautiful green environment, what gives it extra charm. We didn't had the breakfast, but we chose to eat our diner there... So delicious! And we took it with a home made rumpunch and made it even more excellent!
The hotel went out of their way to collect my husband who was in another city and bring him to the hotel so he didn't miss his daughter who came to fly out with him the next day
