This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of town. They were really great to allow us to check in early, as we had arrived for a wedding and needed to get ready for the wedding before the check in time. They were also really helpful in booking a taxi for us, as there are limited options in the town. It's very Danish in style and had a nice breakfast.

Location is fine, 24/7 "reception" is also fine. Parking space - a lot, so no problem. Possible to buy food/drinks. Coffe-tea available in rooms - that's what I like a lot, together with having teapot there. Well, in general OK place to stay. Shower is available.

The location was ideal. We had a late self check-in which worked very well. The room was clean, a good size and had all the amenities that we were looking to have. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room is on a pedestrian zone street and it is very quiet - actually the whole town is very quiet. The property has strict rules to keep it that way which was fine by me.
Sæby is a beautiful little town with a nice beach, some nice cafe’s bars and restaurants.
Be sure to check out the deli across the road. Get a freshly made Sandwich and wash it down with local beer.

I thought the spa would have been either included in the price of stay or offered at a discount . When booking the hotel you would presume it is all included ... and we only got an email the day before arrival to say it was extra ... ?? Not good customer relations
Property should change the old rules. If I stay at hotel I won’t take the garbage out it’s the cleaner jobs and dishawasher not available even in the rule it was written put on the dish washing machine.
