I received a message from the hotel when I reserved on August 7th. message stated that I would find a key in an envelope with my name on it. this was definitely not the case. No key to my room was waiting for me as promised. I took a picture of the only envelope there that was not in my name and contained 6 keys. i would be happy to provide you with a picture of the envelope. I tried to message the hotelier via your app. I did not stay at the hotel. I have been ripped off and would like to know what I can do to obtain a full refund? what is the procedure for this? The moment that we saw this we left we did not sleep her at all!!!
We were welcomed very warmly upon check-in. In addition, the room was very chic and cozy furnished! The equipment of the hotel is generally very modern. The breakfast was also well suited.
Excellent brand new hotel in good location, quite in the coutryside, but near ferry, very spatious; excellent breakfast and evening meal. We were welcomed like royals.
