Great location, right by the water. Friendly and helpful host. This is a hostel, with shared facilities as expected. Everything was clean and tidy, the place was quiet.
Quite place and great location nearby the Lake. The price for the room is hight enough to pay the employees to clean the room, it was dusty and I found 2 spiders. The toilet and bathroom is clean and new renovated.

Excellent Hotel!!!!Due to bad weather( there was terrible ice). We arrived at 6 am.We were allowed to sleep until 12 00 and they brought us breakfast ! Many thanks to the owner of the hotel for such a welcom!!!!!! We liked everything very much!!!! I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!
Rosenhuset is a few km from E45 in the countryside and not far from Haderslev. Very quiet at night. The hospitality is great, twin bed room: single bed is ok. Good parkingplace. Nice and quiet surrounding for a walk.
The hotel was clean and generally comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely with a good selection of hot and cold options. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
