Set inside the Fuglsang Park, Fuglsang Herregaard Hotel offers accommodations in a original Manor house from 1869.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and sweet. We enjoyed a very friendly welcome and a little chit chat during our dinner was also pleasant and added to the good atmosphere. The location is also perfect. We like to visit the gardens during summer and this time we added the overnight stay which was a great experience.

the area is beautiful and there is much to see on and from the island. The people were amazing, kind and helpful with warm hearts. In order to see the island either bring a bike and be prepared for long rides or come by car or both. There are few and far between bike rental outlets.

very friendly and helpful hosts; always available and good service (common area with free coffee and snacks to buy). Extra towels etc. always available. nice paddock (4 horses) just next to the houses, nice trees, nice flowers, nice quiet location. very delicious breakfast basket. impressive almost 200 year old outside walls of the priest house with the apartments - some nice paintings inside the apartments and a nice orangerie and barbecue grill outside.

Easy arrival from Gedser ferry warm sunny afternoon relaxing in the beautiful grounds. John and his parter have created a beautiful hideaway. Don't miss the evening meal which is made using locally grown vegetables and delicious breakfast which set us up for a long day of cycling. Thank-you both!

centrally located close to ferry to Germany. The ”hotel” is up for demolitions and a dump, but the apartments on the back side are OK inside but a lot left on the outside. Very reasonable price.

Very pretty rural setting, very peaceful. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant. It is a good place to stay if you want to catch the early morning ferry at Gedser.
