Good location and easy to find with clear instructions. Secure space for our bikes and well equipped. Lovely balcony and it is handy for the shops on the street below. There is a double bed in its own bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom then twin beds within a living/dining room. It is spacious with seating to eat in both the kitchen and living space. Lovely outlook to trees at the back and the street at the front.

Literally everything! I was kindly upgraded for free to a deluxe queen room, and even though I was only there for 1 night it made my stay even more amazing. This also came with a harbour view, so sunrise in the morning was beautiful. I will definitely stay here again, the staff were very attentive and I will also recommend to others.

Three of us shared the wheelchair accessible room - bit cramped, bathroom quite good but handrail beside the toilet could have been better situated as it is very close to the toilet making it quite difficult for some people.
Hotel in good location for sightseeing, lovely view from our room on 6th floor.
Located in the trendy Vesterbro District, 150 metres from Copenhagen Central Station, this family-run hotel offers accommodation in Copenhagen’s bustling city centre.
Old and overpriced. Woke up in the morning with bites all over my body. It’s very cold outside, so I assume it wasn’t mosquitoes.
Very basic room, dirty mattress cover with yellow staines. Was only checking as I woke up with all these bumps. Not pleasant.
Very nice, clean, well-equipped and spacious ground floor appartment with a small sitting area in front of the entry door. The key was "handed over" via a keysafe so it was no problem that we arrived later in the evening. We could park our car on the street for free. The public transport between Charlottenlund and Copenhagen is very good (Charlottenlund -> Noerreport Station in Copenhagen: 13 minutes ride with the metro). It took us a 10 minutes walk to get to the metro.
Spacious and comfortable room on ground floor of annexe. very dark due to staircase and galery above the window and a stone wall 2 metres away. Staff went there to smoke. Bathroom mould needed removing on shower screen and bottom of bathroom door had been wet and was disintegrating.
On the plus side the bus stop is outside the hotel and we could go for a long walk along the see front.
