It was very spacious and had everything you need. With the kitchen as well . We just made a tea and coffee in the morning and it was nice to have it all there. They even had board games . When we stayed it was very cheap. €35 for two of us.
The owner, George, was personally available for every need, regarding accomodations, food, drink, etc. Finding Something to eat in particular is difficult in Ziegenrück, therefore the service of a full fledged three course meal for 20€ was an immense luxury. It was very pleasent to have someone who individualises your stay. We had a great time

Cozy and quaint location, great breakfast, pleasant staff and the sound of running water outside of your window with beautiful balconies to sit and take in your surroundings. Ziegenrück is a gorgeous village and you must stay at Hotel Am Schlossberg if you’re in the area! Lots to do and see and amazing for any nature lover.
