It is a proper hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. Everything is clean and well arranged. We were positively surprised by the size of our room (it was divided into bedroom and living room). Location is great. It is like 200 meters from the beach!

We stayed in the pleasant and roomy Apartment, which featured two large bedrooms, a large sitting - dining room and a kitchen. The Hotel is well located to all the beachside and tourist attractions. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable and included eggs cooked to preference - boiled, scrambled, or fried. The Staff from this Hotel were welcoming and ensured a relaxing stay for our family.

The breakfast buffet was really good with a nice variety of choices and good quality. But it's a nice place and especially the location is beautiful, directly in the forest and a 10 min walk to the beach. Perfect if you travel with a dog.

Didn't see much of Zempin as was on the Island to visit an area further up the Coast and this was the nicest looking hotel nearby (20 minutes). Only in area for a day.
May go back again next year to Usdom and look round for longer.
