I never had such worst experience during my stays with booking.com. The host has been very rude and false claiming damages after we goo even i have video proofs. Huge Maintenance work going on inside / outside the house which caused lot of noise and no water in house, when tried contacting the host during that time no response. This stay doesn’t suit international travellers as house instructions aren’t mentioned in any other language other than German. Wifi doesn’t work. When asked about issues Host trying to false claim damages in the house and trying to get money from us.

The whole hotel was immaculate and beautifully decorated. There's a sunlit breakfast room (windows on 3 sides) for the excellent breakfast. The outdoor terrace overlooking the Mosel River was lovely; and offers delicious cakes and pizza for purchase in the afternoon. This is a family-owned hotel that is carefully maintained and operated with love and pride.
Great Location: we enjoyed walking the narrow back streets of Ediger-Eller, admiring traditional buildings with grape vine arbors and charming, uniquely decorated doorways. We also had a beautiful day hike in the forest and vineyards above the town. There is a bus stop near the hotel for transportation to other villages.
This 4-star spa hotel in Senheim-Senhals offers a beautiful private roof terrace directly overlooking the Moselle River and great views of surrounding vineyards.

Beautiful area with great vineyards and winery’s , along the river very nice bike paths and walking path , you can trek the whole region very easily. Very nice hotels and camping places by the river. Cochem castle and Burg Eltz need to be seen but other small towns by the river also have great views and old ruins to see.

It is a very small village where they produce wine and people are very friendly. A pretty idyllic place and in my opinion one of the most beautiful places in the Mosel to stay for a weekend.
There are plenty of restaurants, wineries and bars. It is possible to hike on the Moselsteig (official hiking route) or just cycle along the Mosel.
The only negative is that it can be a bit difficult to reach if you don't have a car. Trains only go until Bullay and from there you have to take a bus to reach Zell.

Many restaurants and cafes, bikes for hire plenty opportunity to try local wine before buying. River obviously had a lot of rain before we arrived as it was quite high, you can cruise either on a short trip or longer allowing you to stay on board. Lots of villages and towns in the area to stop off and explore.

Zell is a cute town in a beautiful river valley.
Zell is a cute town in a beautiful river valley. The river boats often make a stop but the town never felt overrun with tourists. The town has Black Cat vintages (wine) and keeps up an easy hike around the grape vineyards with nice explanations as well as benches for a break to enjoy the view. Restaurants , ice cream parlors and wine bars are plentiful in the summer months and many stay open year round as Zell is quite temperate.
Beautiful, picturesque, lovely relaxed atmosphere, loved the large statue of the big black grinning cat raising a wine glass. Great hiking area I suspect, but was only there for 1 night regrettably. As a single female traveler I felt very comfortable and safe.

Location with terrace and chairs outside. Modernized room, outdated but clean bathroom. Great view. 15 minutes walk from center, but a nice walkway next to the river Moezel. Pleasantly received. They have a refrigerator to take a drink, also wine and sekt. Which I used and liked! You can park in front of the hotel.
A great Gasthaus hotel. Spotlessly clean and very big suite with a fantastic shower and two balconies no less. The lady who owned it was very friendly despite a language barrier. Breakfast was the usual buffet affair of high quality.
The place was so clean you could eat from it
I had an amazingly stay at this hotel!!!
Thank you :-)
