Great food. Nice room. Very helpful staff. We didn't use the pool in the end because we were short of time and had to put my daughter to bed, but they kept it open late especially for us in case we wanted to go, which was nice of them. The sound insulation was also great. There was a loud party above us but we only heard it when we went to get stuff out of the car.

Quiet small pretty village (although trains passing nearby but not intrusive). Wonderfully comfortable bed, pillows and room. Fruit kindly left in room. Evening meal superb as was the plentiful breakfast. We had a balcony overlooking pretty timbered buildings. Not far from motorway so a fabulous stopover.
