The property is really nice - located in a very quaint town that doesn't have a lot more than wineyards and wines. The property now has an extension - and we stayed in one of those - across the street. That was right next to the parking lot - so sometimes a bit noisy. The room was relatively basic - and even though I stayed for two nights - they offered no cleaning service - something I would have expected.
The restaurant is nice - but quite expensive - and there are very limited food options in the town. But plenty of great wineries in the area - and it's a good one day stop to enjoy the rustic living before moving on to either Trier or Cocham.

What a wonderful host and excellent breakfast! Traveling with spouse and two teen kids, two rooms with an adjoining balcony was perfect. Incredibly clean room and bathroom. Relaxing small town atmosphere. Convenient location near Trier and connected to neighboring Moselle River villages by bus.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and decorated on theme - not authentic but very beautifully maintained and lovely facilities. Wellness area is great (swimwear optional in the sauna area which was nice for those family members who weren't too comfortable with nudity). Beds were very soft and comfy. We had a huge bathtub in our room which was amazing.

The location was absolutely wonderful! We were in a beautiful historical building facing the very scenic Mosel. We woke up to the view of the vineyards, we ate breakfast with a view of the Mosel and vineyard facing us. It was wonderful. Breakfast was included in our price. The breakfast was above and beyond! They thought of everything. In the evening we were able to sit out on the patio and relax with a beer before supper. The evening meal menu was also excellent. They did not charge us extra for our dog. I look forward to staying there again. We are already talking about our next visit!

Very small wine town on the Mosel. Very quiet and relaxing. Not very many restaurants in the town which gives you not much choice in where you go for evening eating within walking distance. There is a pick up and drop off pier for a sight seeing boat that will take you on a cruise up and down the Mosel.

Peter was a very nice host. We had an emergency and couldn't continue riding our bikes from the next village and he very kindly came to pick us up with his car at 20:00 PM. Also, the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
The hotel is immaculate throughout. The staff are super friendly and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast has a great choice and the rooms are very modern. Beautiful village on the Mosel.
Staff helped me with all my questions regarding my cycling route. The hotel is very beautiful and the sauna area is great, especially when due to Covid you have the area to yourself.
