Maybe due to covid the hotel was empty but all was locked up told were the key was same key for front door and room, we found it all very spooky just told to leave key on way out in the morning? Didn't see anyone else.
Hotel is in a great location on the river. Florian and his family were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our stay was very relaxing and the food is exceptional. Florian is very helpful even printing out train timetables for us and telling us what the best route was to take to the airport. Couldn't ask for more.
Perfect location, very close to the highway. Always amiable and welcoming staff. Check-in is super fast. The room is excellent and very warm, comfortable bed and a quiet zone for a good night sleep. Receptionist did not understand anything at all showed him the booking but he declined to let me enter , only after 30 minutes we had a dispute another hotel staff came and confirmed payment was done he failed to even apologize
