The hotel itself is ok, but the restaurant is absolutely exceptional.
We didn't expect much, since it's pretty much in a middle of nowhere, but eventually that was the best meal we had during this trip in Germany.

Friendly check-in, comfortable room & shower. Views over the town, although weather for our 2 night stay wasn’t best for using the terrace. Fantastic buffet breakfast, well presented, food and drink options refreshed. Car required to get here, and drive down to Trier town, or to get to park & ride.

The breakfast room and range of choices for breakfast were excellent. The view over the river was amazing.
Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and comfortable with all items we needed for the kitchen. Sitting on the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer as this property was exceptional.
The hotel is in amazing place, in the forest, next to a beautiful creek, but the city is also close. It was perfect for a morning walk.
The breakfast was delicious and many things to choose from.
The room was small and simple, but it worked for us.
The hotel is also pet-friendly. We could park free and the check-in was smooth and quick.
A very traditional hotel by the edge of the forest, with nice atmosphere. The room was small, but sufficient for our short stay. Breakfast was good and sufficient, staff very friendly.
Fantastic location, staff very friendly and helpful, menu limited but food was very tasty, lots of walking opportunities straight from the hotel, would definitely stay again.
A calm hotel in the middle of the woods. Perfect to start hiking or visiting the Saarmünde region.
The breakfast and restaurant is your classic German stube : very good.
Nice hotel with a restaurant in a quiet place. We stayed for one night on a way to the airport so the location was convenient. A lot of free parking spaces.
