The apartment is brand new and has almost everything you need for the most comfortable stay: kitchen and bathroom accessories, comfortable beds, perfectly clean bed linen. The balcony had a wonderful panoramic view. Many thanks to the owner, who supported us as much as he could. We will definitely stay here again next time. This non-smoking hotel is a 3-minute walk from the spa facilities of Bad Berneck, in the Fichtelgebirge mountains. It offers a sauna, soundproofed rooms, and varied breakfasts.
There wasn't much to see in Warmensteinach. Other villages around seemed to have a nicer atmosphere and more character. If I were to visit again I would definitely check the local attractions beforehand to make sure I picked the right village. For dinner we ended up needing to drive 15 minutes away as there was nothing both good and open in Warmensteinach.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Waldhotel Pfeiferhaus in Warmensteinach, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
The personal attention and care they provided were second to none. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.
The breathtaking beauty of the surroundings, particularly the Burgruine Wurzstein just a minute away from the hotel, was awe-inspiring.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is quite isolated, but that's a bonus if you want to enjoy a quiet location with a beautiful sightseeing. The atmosphere of the hotel lets you jump back in the 70s, but with the comfort o these days.
Spacious room, we had one with a large balcony on the roadside. Hearty breakfast, nice people, good beds, parking right behind the hotel. We did not have a chance to check out the garden space.
