On arrival, we felt the hotel had a really welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The bedroom was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The menu in the restaurant allows you to partake of German and/or Vietnamese/Asian dishes. On both evenings we chose the latter; the food was fantastic. It was also good to be served green tea in a teapot allowing for several cups. We had breakfast on our second morning as we were away very early the first morning, The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options.

We loved the building and the area. The room was amazing as well, such nice views, furniture, renovated - small but stylish and modern bathroom. The shared kitchen was also very nice and useful, we prepared some coffee and dinner there. The owners were kind and answered our questions quickly. We really liked the neighbourhood, right in front of a canal, we had a very nice experience and time there. We would love to be back.

Great place to stay in a beautiful, quiet area, very close to Berlin.The house is just fantastic, modern and clean, with a nice Italian feeling. You immediately feel at home, and you'll find everything you need for a nice stay. Lots of lovely details make it quite special and comfortable, like a good heating, also floor heating in the bathroom, extra blankets, good kitchen equipment, washing machine and tourist information.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and very friendly. They have spacious rooms with a really nice view which makes your stay really memorable. The place is great for both short term and long term stays. They also have a really nice restaurant which provides you a variety of food options to choose from. Constantine was the staff member who made our stay really comfortable and we felt like home. I would highly suggest anyone who’s visiting Berlin to stay here for the experience it provides. Very spacious room. Great bed with good mattresses. Good breakfast buffet. It's very quiet and you can go for a walk to the lake. Beware of mosquitoes though. Parking is across the hotel.
Beautiful hotel right by the lake. Great breakfast and the lounge restaurant is awesome. Good for meeting up with friends and great location for cycling, walking and kayaking.
