The location for us was great. We were there to find the area places where the family ancestors immigrated from. We were very successful. Walsrode is a quaint small town that we enjoyed.

The hotel was very nice and located in a pleasant location. Also, the food in the restaurant was very tasty and big portion, in the restaurant a person could spend at least €25 or more for one nice evening. The cleaning in the room was the most appreciated.

The hotel offered rather basic facilities. Breakfast was just adequate served in a less than comfortable and chilly room.
The bedroom and bathroom were fine, comfortable and clean. Hotel seemed to be short of staff.
The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. My room was light and comfortable with an excellent shower and the area is lovely and quiet. Parking was adequate and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
