I would imagine in summer when everything is open the place is bustling and that its location close to the river is great. The room was functional and clean . The wifi was good . The staff , the one we saw for breakfast and the breakfast were very good.

We stayed here in December as we visited Bonn and some of the Christmas markets.
Great location, lovely room with room service and very comfortable beds. Clean and comfortable, we booked one of the cheaper rooms but still had a great view of the Christmas tree at the front of the hotel and the Rhine. The cherry waffles from the restaurant are the best waffles I have ever had. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Beds were comfy. Lovely garden where we enjoyed an amazing meal - the food quality was superb: though it is higher price than typical “imbiss stube”, it is worth it for excellent restaurant food. Breakfast was a good quality buffet. Straight from the hotel was easy access to the Rhine promenade and a cooler evening walk. Our room had a Rhine view as well.
The hotel is located in an amazing location. The restaurant was great and has a great view on the Rhein. The lady at the reception was very nice and sweet.
