Great place to stay for a night if you're flying out of Memmingen airport early morning. Room really comfy and all amenities provided. Even had a tea kettle with coffee/tea and sweets for the guests which was really nice. Internet was also provided. Heating was exceptional and came in handy on a very cold night. Room was fairly spacious with 2 single beds and a couch. Check in was extremely easy and the host waited for me to arrive late at night and welcomed me as soon as I walked to the house.

I only spent one night there so I can't say too much about the area, however within two minutes walk from the guest house there is a nice Italian restaurant where I had dinner. Trunklesberg is right next to Memmingem where there are lots of cafes and restaurants. It cost me 18 euro for a taxi from the middle of Memmingem to the guest house.
