I went for three days but at the end I stayed only two.
I went for three days but at the end I stayed only two. The rooms do not have AC unit and temp inside was about 26°C (79°F). The rooms are old and outdated, smelly and dusty. I had to leave after the second day and they still charged me with the third day.
Bad hotel... Bad hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The FeWo is run by a lovely elderly couple who live on site and were extremely helpful.
The accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. It had a lovely view of the mountains.
We could park right outside the accommodation.
Traunstein is a good base to explore the wider area.
Exceptionally well restored and decorated villa in close proximity to the old town area of Traunstein. Great host and several little treats for us as guests. The whole family, including our dog, felt very welcome.
Very nice and friendly host. Rooms, showers etc are dated but very clean. We didn't expect too much but it exceeded our expectations. Don't expect a fancy hotel, but a friendly, clean and nice place to stay.
