The communication before our arrival was always very quick, uncomplicated and polite. We always received answers to all our questions and we had telephone contact aswell. After Paying the flat we received an email with the instruction what to Do up on arrival. With a number and time when to contact the agency to get further instructions for collecting the key.

Friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met, especially the ladies and gentleman at the reception (Hallo, Frau Franke!). Very comfortable beds. Big private garden with view of the Baltic Sea.

Hotel was very close to the sea and the beautiful nature. It was great that there was free parking outside. The room and bathroom were clean and it was a very nice touch with free fruit, water and chocolate!
