clean room - the decor was so so - but I only stayed for 1 night. The cooking smell from the restaurant was quite strong - but again it was ok for one night.
The location was good for us - however, check out had to be at 10am and it was hard to negotiate for a later check out.

Stayed in the area for some days during my nothern German road trip and decided for this Hotel in Sterup, which has some long history, which you also learn about as part of the Hotels design, hosting travelers ever since. Everything was super clean and the room equipped with some wonderful old furniture, the owners having a good eye for details. In case one stays there, just don't go to your room, also walk around in this historic building and you will find some incredible surprises, like old wall paintings and others ... I just don't want to spoil it. I for sure will pick again this Hotel being in the area.
