I loved the spa/pool area and the lovely pool was heated!! Everything was first class,really nice big towels, tea, water and fruit availability. My spacious room with balcony had a wonderful view of the lake and was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast offered excellent choices. Highly recommend this hotel!

There was a misunderstanding about our booking, which the host solved by putting us in a nearby studio apartment also managed by the hotel. The apartment was very quiet, a bit away from the road, and very comfortable. The floor was very nice, not carpeted. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was conveniently located to the promenade of Bodensee. We could walk everywhere. The room was spacious and had plenty of cabinet space and shelves for personal items. We had an issue with a light and the owner came immediately to fix it. Coffee was available at all times and plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. The price was right!

The property is lovely and the rooms are super clean and spacious. I had a room with the view and balcony and it was lovely to sit there at the end of the day and watch the sunset ( which was gorgeous - amazing colors). Some of the reviews say that is far from the city but it isn’t really. You can take the most lovely walk going down and even as you return, the hill, is totally doable and worth it.
I experienced their 2 Christmas dinners and they were fabulous occasions.
What makes this hotel a nice place is the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The staff members in the dinning room really welcome you in the spirit of Christmas. Great experience!!!

Super nice authentic pension at a beautiful location. We enjoyed our time here so much. Breakfast is included which was really nice. The town of Sipplingen was so cute and it is only a 5-minute walk to the lake for a nice swim. Also did some beautiful hikes in the surroundings. The free Bahncard that was handed to us at arrival was super handy. We have used it a lot to visit all the beautiful places around the lake. The hosts were really kind and gave us good tips about things to do.
The owners were lovely, polite and helpful . The rooms were clean and modern, the breakfast excellent and the location great. We had a wonderful three days and were sad to leave. I would definitely recommend the Lupinen Hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
The stay at the hotel was very nice. Very clean, nice room had everything one needs, a little balcony with a view over the lake, good parking and beautiful and tasty breakfast. Also the location was great to go in any direction to see the area. Would stay again
