We mainly just stop here for a night before driving on to Poland as it’s about halfway from the uk. We always use the supermarket and 10 mins drive away EbEke I think it’s called. Have not been sightseeing in this area.

Lovely family-owned hotel in a small village. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast - everything you require from a hotel! Previous reviews mentioned a small restaurant nearby, but unfortunately this had been closed since the pandemic. However, the extremely service-minded hotel manager offered to drive us to the nearby village and set us up with a table reservation at a good restaurant and a phone number to a local taxi service for the trip back. Do I have to mention that this by far exceeded our expectations?
Very charming hotel with awesome staff. Quite close to the highway. When you enter the hotel it’s like a Disney fairytale. Beautiful property in a village. Great place to take a rest. Delicious food, perfect spa to take out the stress and enjoy the silence. Rooms are clean and tidy. I was hungry at night and I opened the mini fridge and guess what! knoppers bar! For that price I couldn’t ask more!
We were driving and booked this hotel for a stay over. We got ourselves a private room with kitchen and a private bathroom.
Good communication with the host and very good hospitality.
Everything is renovated and in good condition.
There are also shared rooms with shared toilets and bathrooms, please check while booking.
This has to be one of the best hidden gems in Germany. What a great hotel. Friendly staff, great location and superb bar facilities. The honesty box is a great idea and made it super easy to relax after a long exhibition.
It was just great to stop there overnight during long distance car drive. Just perfect and close to the highway. I would come back and recommend this nice cosy hotel with no doubts.
