The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The parking lot is around 150 metres further on the road, and it is free.

Facilities were good for self-catering. Bakery right across the road. Apartment was comfortable. Two toilets and two bathrooms were appreciated for five adults! Staff was helpful. The streets are narrow and do not allow parking, but there is a free car park nearby for any length of stay. Heidelberg is very close (12km) but Schriesheim is worth exploring - we didn't manage to get to the castle that we could see from the windows!

The bathrooms were fantastic, the heated floors were very much appreciated, especially when the temperature outside started to dip below 0 degrees. And offering simple snacks for anyone to have in the hostel kitchen was a nice gesture. I really appreciate how thorough the cleaners were everytime they came to maintain the room.

The hotel was adequate for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. While there was a lovely gentleman at reception when I checked in, for the remainder of my stay there was no one. While I'm sure there was a number to call if I required any assistance, this is not the same as having staff at the hotel. Free daily coffee was appreciated, but disappointingly only disposable cups are offered.
This hotel is set 1 km from Heidelberg Train Station and features free WiFi, Sky TV and soundproofed rooms. Each room comes with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a tiled private bathroom.
A nice room with a good shower. The beds were a bit hard, specially the 3rd bed but of course this depends on what you prefer. No airconditioning but a fan and we slept well. They told us we had a view on the garden, this wasn't exactly like that. We looked at the building on the other side. The rooms are good isolated. Travelling from the Netherlands it was a perfect place to stop and very near the highway plus a benzinstation in the place near the hotel when you drive up to the highway. I

The Staff were very helpful from the get go. Food was delicious and hearty with a good Breakfast choice and Evening menu. When staying anywhere, I quickly build a good rapport with Staff, this Hotel was no exception as they were very friendly, and helpful, even with my poorly spoken German.
