Facilities were good for self-catering. Bakery right across the road. Apartment was comfortable. Two toilets and two bathrooms were appreciated for five adults! Staff was helpful. The streets are narrow and do not allow parking, but there is a free car park nearby for any length of stay. Heidelberg is very close (12km) but Schriesheim is worth exploring - we didn't manage to get to the castle that we could see from the windows!

The location might not be to close to the old town, but the 20 min walk was a nice way to visit other neighbourhoods and one of the best restaurants we went was 10 min from the hotel ! We had our dog with us and it was a very pet friendly hotel :)

Nothing. The management of this hotel should use the hotel manager in another position. I have the highest status with Bookink and have not seen anything more disastrous in the last 5 years. Never this hotel again.Insects in the room. Bedbugs. The manager said it was normal. I think the window was open. Then why isn't there a bug screen.

The staff was really helpful staying late to check us un way past the closing time. Really appreciate that. We were given a nice apartment in a sister hotel in the middle of Heidelberg that looks like a great area.
Extremely friendly staff, very dog friendly hotel. The room is large, the breakfast was delicious and the decor is very cosy. We would love to come back again at this great family hotel.
