The staff was so very helpful! The room was spacious and extremely clean. We arrived by bikes and they had a courtyard to secure the bikes while we were there for 2 nights. Breakfast was a lovely with a lot of variety.
It was outside the touristy area and a ten minute walk to the restaurants, therefore very quiet.
It was a downhill 10 minute walk to the tourist area and an uphill 10 minute walk back. For us, no problem as active 60 yr olds. It might be too much for others.

The room was excellent with a fantastic view. I would recommend upgrading to a room with a balcony. The food was really good and tasty but on the down side a little limited for vegetarians.

Zur Lindenau is centrally located and all the charms of Ruedesheim are withing easy walking distance. The hotel is welcoming and helpful and very comfortable. The staff are lovely and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Zur Lindenau to anyone visiting Rudesheim.
WE would also recommend the Rudesheim ring tour...excellent value ofr money...cable car, chair lift and ferry for 20 euros each.

Beautiful town with many wine stewards, a castle, music museum, and Abbey clustered around. The Circuit, cable car/chair up the hill, walking paths, river boat, make for a wonderful relaxing day!

Worth a visit.
Worth a visit. The wine restaurants with life music is just from an age, when Germans started to travel again after WW2 in the sixties, but it is fun, original and people are very nice and friendly.
I'll definitely do it again with guests from oversees!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, all areas clean and well maintained even though hotel is slightly dated, but this just adds to the character of the building. Breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order and plenty of yogurts, fruit, juice, breads, meats & cheeses etc
Room spacious, well heated (required as visited end November for Christmas markets) with good powerful hot shower.
We chose because it had own on site parking as we are on a road trip and were glad we did.
Would definitely stay here again.

Solid hotel in super location. Direct on Rhein, close to, or practically in, the historic centre of Rüdesheim. Railway station and ferry few minutes walk. Furniture and equipment not new, but ok, room and beds comfortable. electrical kettle available. Breakfast solid, with wide choice of everything. We stayed for 3 nights, hotel as a base for trips in Rheingau. I do not regret that I reserved this hotel, and we were satisfied with our stay.
We absolutely loved staying in the apartment with a terrace and view of Rüdesheim. The host was super friendly and even picked us up from the station and allowe us to store our bags after checkout. We also followed all of his tips for things to do in town and weren’t disappointed! The apartment has the perfect location in the heart of Rüdesheim and is so convenient for a weekend stay. We’ll be back!
Stephan did a great breakfast, considering all our other Booking. Com hotels were very expensive with no breakfast. We booked a hotel in Frankfurt but couldn't make it due to rail problem. Had free cancellation, but were fobbed off by booking.com and received nothing.
