They went above and beyond given there were no taxes for me to get to and from the hotel. They helped guide me and gave me great advice. The food was fantastic. Customer service wonderful. And it was absolutely beautiful.
This is a wellness hotel, so they're not exactly used to hikers, despite being so close to a major trail. Still, the rooms are minimalist and modern, the breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied. The highlight was definitely the dinner, though, with very fine and tasty main courses and dessert options. I was even lucky enough to catch some live piano music.
