Everything! The lady working in the Hotel was super nice, breakfast was amazing, I would definitely repeat.
Never experienced this much of friendly welcoming hotel stay. This 5 generations family owned hotel is exceptionally perfect in all ways. Beautiful location and 5 min walk to city square. The owner and staffs are very polite and very very helpful (Lot of examples to give). Strongly recomend for any one who plans to stay in Rheine for Business, Leasure or for any other occations.
We have stayed here several times an have always received a warm welcome from staff and the family who own the hotel. Excellent food served in the restaurant cooked by an excellent chef who is the son of the owner, as I said a family business which has been so for several generations. If you stay here ask about the history.
The Altstadt Hotel is within walking distance of the train station and thus very convenient. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We did not have breakfast but the restaurant was cozy and staff very pleasant and welcoming. The linen was clean and spotless. Overall a wonderful place to stay in Rheine.
