The staff were polite and helpful.
The location of the hotel is excellent by all means, it was located on a vibrant street where there is a nearby bus station, and it was not far from Bonn Central.
The breakfast was good.
As for my room, I found it excellent and neat, however, I found two bugs on my bed in my very first night. It could be the weather and nature of the city, so I cannot entirely blame the cleaning staff :) I did not report this to the hotel.
Additionally, it would have been appreciated if there was a water kettle, and normal drinking water (instead of mineral/sparkling water).
I have one more comment regarding the hotel entrance. I found it difficult moving my heavy luggage to the entrance and I had to carry them through the stairs, as there was no ramp to roll them. Perhaps the hotel should consider accessibility too in this regard.
Again, thanks a lot, I enjoyed my stay very much, and I will recommend it to new commers of my colleagues and friends.
