Clean, comfortable rooms. Very good shower. Friendly staff who dealt with an issue we had very promptly and efficiently. Excellent breakfast which can be taken in their indoor courtyard in warmer weather. Easy parking.

I had one overnight stay on my way from Regensburg to Kiel, and this hotel was perfectly located for a short drive the next day. Spacious room, great beds and a good size bathroom. I enjoyed an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Very generous parking outside the hotel.

They have a staff name Jovan from india, He was very helpful and kind. Always bringing me new towels. Very deligent. Always cleaning rooms.
There is a castle worth visiting, however.
Restaurant facilities are recommendable, especially Chinese restaurant.
The train facility to Hamburg takes about 20 minutes, recommendable to book the City Card Hamburg where the ttrain to Reinbek is included.

The house itself is a masterpiece with wonderful design and love to details, the yard is cozy and spacious, the location is quiet and family friendly - perfect for a family with small children like us. Both the house and the yard are very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable vacation. We highly recommend this property!
I booked this apartment and the money was transferred directly from my account. The host called us several hours after the booking was made and told us we couldn’t stay there because of some issues with the water or something. We had to find a new hotel and that was o total different price.
The host promised me to pay me back my money. ut 8 days later - no money. Booking does not answer my request either. We are so dissappointed!
It is a beautiful and picturesque House. The suite we had was spacious and had an extra toilet. The bathroom had a sunken bath and was spacious
The Breakfast Buffet was plentiful and had a huge choice.
The Bar of this Hotel surprised me with 20 pages of cocktails to choose from.
Location was great and the hotel appears quite traditional. There are many restaurants and shopping places around. The yard area and complexes are nice.
